Host and supervise clients as necessary (check-in, take payment, supervise, check in with customers and their positive experience, make an effort to say goodbye).
Perform maintenance and cleaning on a daily basis.
Answer phones and emails (MUST have strong email writing and phone skills) Experience At least two years working in a customer service-oriented role Supervisor / Manager experience preferred Comfortable working with and communicating to large groups Demonstrated experience making customers happy and being responsible for staff Job Types:
