Maintenance Mechanic, 2nd or 3rd shift
Seeking a Maintenance Mechanic with industrial equipment troubleshooting and repair experience within the food manufacturing industry.
Position will be responsible for examining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and completing preventive maintenance work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
oRepair and maintain industrial equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC controlled production equipmentoExamine, troubleshoot, and repair problematic equipmentoProvide preventative maintenance of our industrial equipmentoOther duties as neededSkills & Requirements REQUIREMENTS:
oMinimum of three years of experience as an industrial equipment mechanic with strong mechanical troubleshooting skillsoFamiliarity with conveying systems inkjet printers, vacuum packaging equipment, label applicators, relays, 3 phase motors, drives, sensors, pumps, and PLC controlled production equipmentoAbility to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment and PLC'soStrong electro-mechanical and building maintenance skillsoAbility to work well with mathematical conceptsoMust be able to learn and use Maintenance Connection CMMS systemsoCandidate must have ability to supply their own tools; specialty tools are available onsite for useoComputer/HMI and PLC skills preferred, training availableoProficiency with reading, writing, and speaking English; Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plusoPreferred knowledge of food manufacturing industry and maintenance highly desiredCompany Overview:
