Job Description:
Maintenance Tech:
HallKeen Management has an opening for a Part-Time (25 hours / week) Maintenance Technician who would be in charge of covering 3 buildings (118 apartments total) in Chelsea, MA alongside a Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties include, but are not limited to, trash removal, general maintenance repairs, cleaning, painting / turning over apartments, plumbing, minor electrical, and snow removal.
On-call responsibilities will be required.
Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance.
Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently.
