This position is funded from the Commonwealth''s annual operating budget.Duties:
? The candidate will assist the organization both with the development and operational support of IBM WebSphere
Datapower services.
? In the operational support capacity the candidate will assist with forward updates, ongoing maintenance of Datapower runtime applications, setup of migration artifacts, configuration of daily backup, general problem solving.
? In the datapower developer capacity the candidate will be responsible of deploying new datapower services based on predefined patterns.
? Configuring and supporting web service integration with multiple server enviroments, including development, Q/A, stage, production, and disaster recovery.
? Administration and configuration of the Datapower appliances for the deployment of home grown application code as well as 3rd party middleware program products.
? Working with the application teams, other support team and product vendors to engineer solutions that are scalable, supportable and maintainable.
Basic Qualifications
? Experience using the various Datapower management interfaces, CLI, WebGUI, and SOAP toolkits.
? Experience with Web Services Proxy and Multiprotocol Gateway
? Experience with migrating Application specific objects, proxies and other objects between, environments.
? Experience with automated deployments strategies with DP
? Strong ESB and IBM Datapower development background (X150/52).
? Experience with XML/XSLT.
? Experience with the integrating SOAP and RESTful services into Datapower
? Experience with implementing WS-Security and SAML
Familiarity with:
? XSLT, UDDI, WSDLs and general XML technology.
? Schema Validation, Schema Poisoning
? Security as a service (SAAS)
? Service Oriented Architecture (SOA):
? XML Schema, XSLT
? PKI, X509, SSL/TLS
Experience with the following is desirable:
? Linux/UNIX operating environments
? J2EE Application Servers
? Application layer security
? FIPS classifications
? NIST 800-53 controls

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
