1st shift Maintenance Supervisor


Summary:
This key person will supervise and coordinate the activities of third shift Maintenance team members engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise 4-6 team members in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, facility and maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Assist in supervising the remainder of the department's employees.
Train team members, plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, address complaints and resolve problems.
Perform repairs and leads team members in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment and direct team members engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing machinery.
Ensure all preventive maintenance is executed timely and properly. This includes routine audits of PM's and WO's.
Lead shift in utilization of CMMS system for inventory control and consumption, preventative maintenance, and work order tracking.
Schedule maintenance team members to ensure that sufficient resources are available.
Shift leader in safety directly responsible for implementing and supervising the DuPont STOP program. In addition serves as a member of the Safety Committee.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
Confers with other Supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
Qualifications:
Two years of Maintenance Supervisory experience with at least five years successful track record in industrial maintenance.
Must be proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment and facilities.
Knowledge of PLC's is required.
Able to defing problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
