Office Assistant Administrator

Position title: Office Assistant Administrator
Purpose of the role:
The Office Assistant Administrator reports to the Office Administrator and is responsible for providing administrative services in an effective and efficient manner.
What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
- Provide support to office members
- Perform receptionist services
- Complete other related tasks as required
Skills, experience and qualities needed:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, works with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Maintains staff confidentiality
- Highly organized
When and where:
Timing is flexible.
You will be volunteering in our main office in Chelsea, MA USA.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
